About the Artist

Being a photographer, my job is often dependent on interacting with humans. Shelter in place has effected my future projects indefinitely. Being isolated I have decided to create collages of images using my photos and photoshop, which i hope i get to share in the near future.

Artist Statement

Masha Manahi is a Bay Area based photographer. Her interest specifically lies within black & white photography. Using various techniques, she creates new surreal dimensions within the single frame exploring the intimate relationship of humans and natural elements. This series was inspired by the similarities we share with trees in a molecular level.
