About Liza Bender

My name is Liza Bender, I was born and raised in Alaska, currently live in California and I am a Multidisciplinary Artist and Designer.

Over the years I've had the privilege to work with many amazing groups and creatives like, Institute For the Future, Create Peace Project, Meow Wolf, Leom Designs, and Moldover; just to name a few.

Being a Multidisciplinary has allowed me to embrace a more holistic expression of the world within my solo works and it has made it easier to collaborate and assist other artists. I've created works utilizing performance, virtual reality, sculpture, and have made a few interactive experiential immersive installations.

I have an eclectic blend of inspirations that weave themselves into my creative works and collaborations that revolve around the relationships between nature, technology and the human experience; specifically of their juxtapositions, influences and symbiotic relationships.

For now, all my work contracts are on indefinite hold with no new contracts in sight due to COVID-19 and I was offered a paid internship at a media arts festival but it is in limbo land too....

In times like these, I find myself VERY future curious and since I'm a possibilities person I am teaching myself new creative skills, looking into classes and creating new pathways for potential income.

Please do consider visiting my website, Redbubble page and/or being an encouraging patron by donating to my paypal.

I’m available for commissions, collaborations, consulting, and more!
